Suggestion: once you get focus on your subject switch the lens to manual focus so it will quit focusing on your head and keep the tattoo in focus.

Devan Traynor hey man! I wanted to just try it, and I really liked it, I noticed a few things by switching back, 1.) stippling seemed to hold a lot easier 2.) when sharing lighter tones with the mag, I noticed it holding in the skin in way less passes, and if just seems a lot smoother to run along with the 2.5mm cam, 3,) lining was a lot better! I’m going to try it on another tattoo on someone’ else’s skin and see if I get the same result, but really liked it! Made my work a lot smoother I think

OLIVER AYRE lol... well shit, I’m doing a day of the dead girl on Tuesday?and I may give er’ a go with it myself. I usually use the medium bar with 3.5mm cam but have used all bars on B&G except the black.
