Yeah, it's the "909 Bass2" ACB preset on the TR-8S. Going through a "Drum Buss" in Ableton which adds compression, drive, crunch and a bit of sub. Thanks for the feedback about the decay time.

Sorry for the noob question but what cable do I need to send audio from QS to my mixer? 1/8 to 1/4?

Mono minijack to 1/4" cable is what I use.

I can sequence it with an external eurorack sequencer right? This way I'm not limited to 8 steps

Absolutely, you can sequence it using anything that sends CV. I don't have a eurorack sequencer, but I've tried sequencing it using the MicroFreak sequencer which has CV out. It's also possible to sequence it using MIDI. I just like the internal sequencer a lot, so I always end up using that.

Just the internal sequencer, with a CV clock signal from the TR-8S to sync them.
