Hi George, The HOA fee is $267 per month and covers a power generator servicing all units, access to the pool, gym, meeting room, two elevators, administration, gas, and trash collection. Each unit includes two covered parking spaces and a private elevator lobby. Additionally, the gated community features a beach club available to all residents.
