What a blessing you are!! I am getting married in August to a wonderful man and we are hoping to get pregnant next year. I just wrote down some steps to take to prepare our bodies for conceiving, but we want to change our diets too. I remembered you always give great food advice on your videos so just an hour ago I wrote "Dr Josh Axe Food Suggestions" at the top of a piece of paper and underlined it thinking I would rewatch one of your videos. Then this video pops up right away!! 🙌💖 I am excited to listen and learn! And also can't wait for when Chelsea comes on!! Have a lovely day! 🌻🌞

This is excellent. So much info . I could really use a book exploring this topic 😊. My issue though is sadly not addressed - I have had one hip replacement and am facing future hip and both knee replacements. Osteoarthritis and meniscal tears. I really don't want more surgeries. They are so hard on the brain, body and spirit.☹️ I share your pain as I struggled to walk with canes and walkers and it took me over a year to get my function back post-surgery.

I love you Dr Axe and you sharing so much useful information. You mentioned hyperbaric treatments, not sure if you mentioned red light therapy and other therapies such as those…which are very expensive, and for most, not accessible and/or NOT part of most “health insurances”…I hate our insurance systems and it’s protocols…HATE IT…it’s not conducive to actual healthy healing… cellular healing. But the majority is “required” to have these useless insurance plans or be penalized! Why do you think that is…because the “elites” don’t want us to be productive and healthy…PERIOD🤬

@Dr. Josh Axe we have to be careful with taking licorice root that isn't DVG because it will cause the blood pressure to rise taking it for a long period of time in large amounts. It also, can cause a heart attack and hypertension. This is what I experienced in taking licorice root that isn't DVG; my blood pressure rise and experienced hypertension. Through doing my own research, I found this out.

@dr.axe i cant help but notice the condition of your skin. I know that you areba hardcore keto guy who incorpaorates tons of plants nuts and seeds, but you really should adopt strict carnivore for 90 days to see what is agitating your skin. I had a butterfly rash with a bright red nose for years. The skin on my nose would develop blisters too, it was beyond embarrasing. I couldnt even cover it up with nakeup because the makeup would crack and bleed which would only make it worse. After being on carnivore for 6 months i stated playing with aome of my favorite foods again and found a sever reaction to all grains, nighshade veg, along with some other veg. I have a hard time with bananas, berries and grapes too. Just a suggestion. It really did help me get to the bottom of my skin issues. I also recently started using blue tansy essensial oils on my face, we'll see how that goes. Shalom
