Do binders remove medicine or other supplements though. I think charcoal and chelation therapy also binds to supplements/medicine. Im not sure about fulvic acid, cilantro tincture, and modified citrus pectin. I think they might be safer.

When I was on the natural compound of this drug, I had bad nausea and had to take a prescription for it. Took for 6 months and quit it. Not worth it.

I put a couple drops of citrus oil in a bottle of water and let it marinate every night. I drink in the morning. Is this ok?
Great info. Let me be that guy. It’s not “nauseous”. It’s “nauseated”. If you’re nauseous, you’re the one causing nausea to others. 😂

Dr. Tyna (chiropractor) promotes GLP-1s for off-label use. She says all the research about the side effects are bogus because the tests were on rats and there’s no proof of these effects on humans. How do non-medical or non-scientific people discern what to do/take when there is so much conflicting info? She seems to promote the “easy” way out and doesn’t discuss the effects of gastroparesis or loss of skeletal muscle at all.

My husband and I started regularly exercising and stopped eating out. We’ve both noticed improvement in energy levels, but we’re both bloated like crazy. Could that be a side effect of detoxing or should we examine our diet more closely?

I was given Ozempic for my type 2 diabetes and because I was complaining about weight loss. I’m so glad that I watched this video because I now have what Dr. Axe is talking about. I have aged my body by 20 years, I have lost muscle throughout my body and in my behind. I have been off Ozempic for over a year but what do I do to regain the loss of my muscle. Please help….

Great video. One note I would add is if your gut is messed up, producing symptoms of SIBO or something similar.. fiber can make your situation worse. You would need to address healing your gut lining first with little to no fiber and then add it back in slowly as time goes on. I’m currently on the GAPS (gut and psychology syndrome) diet, Which is basically a gut reset diet that helps you actually seal and heal the gut lining while also repopulating it with more healthy bacteria. Starches are removed from the diet and homemade meat stock and well cooked veggies are the stable for the first period of healing. I lost 10 lbs in the first week (198 to 189), got my cycle back after 2 months with nothing, passed a fibroid, and have the clearest mind I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend!

While some of the information in this episode is true, it's very insensitive to those who have genuinely struggled all of their lives with losing weight and KEEPING IT OFF. For many, the "just change your diet" and "exercise more" recommendations do not work. It's unfortunate Dr. Axe isn't able to understand the nuances associated with food and the emotional, hormonal, social connections a person may experience. Not to mention food insecurity issues for some and the abundance of ultra-processed foods in our country. I am a registered dietitian and it's frustrating to watch videos like this.

Why do you have to defend masculine virtues or even teatosterone? Of course we need it, otherwise the society would collapse as it did today. It s so funny you had to defend masculinity first not to make some lunatics butthurt and offended..
