@@wuteva34 I really appreciated his testimony overall. He was very honest (especially at the beginning). Some stuffs are looking bad for them as coast guards and governing agencies.. the beginning of the testimony is a blessing for them (I hope!)

I agree though I do feel the last of his testimony didn't help at all and may have slightly hurt the case due to injecting opinions on personal motives when this hearing isn't really about this, and he wasn't a character witness.

@@Alex_Coaster_Adventurer true but it makes him sound speculative about personal motive which, even in a hearing can make you sound "better than thou" and even vindictive sometimes which you don't want. It's why it's not suggested legally. (I don't think he was being vindictive necessarily just that done in a certain way it can 100% sound that way)

Karl Stanley is one of the most respected people in the submersible community, he's on point, doesn't take unnecessary risks, knows what he is doing, if the community were filled with people like him they could self regulate. Clearly Rush has caused irreparable harm to this community and it is sad he won't be facing any repercussions

I believe she said she did all the administrative work and also went on almost all of the excursions in the ship but not in the sub.

Same. What is her background? She ended up taking the place of people who left by the sounds. Including the people who lost the stomach to bolt people into that thing.

Cost of hiring ship and original ship was either busy or too expensive so they settled for polar prince

What a company it a joke when it to heath and safety tow it and work on a floting platform in 5 ft sea unsuitable part? Struck by lightning and not one engineer qualified on the team and to say it was built by Bowen had nothing to do with it only rendering the space to them?

Thid staff member is great at circumventing direct question. insincere and not qualified to assist in building, of the titan she is qualified in ordering lunch.
