But the green notification that lights up when the mic is on is baked onto Android on the system level. Basically if your mic turns on, the light also turns on. Not sure if Samsung or other apps can alter it though.

Bruh, for Android 10, it doesn't have it, it only had "Love Caption" which has an adjustable caption on the screen when there's being something said. Whether it's on KZbin or on TikTok.

You're not wrong, but live transcribe is a google app, and you can set it up as an icon to quickly access it. Its great for deaf and hard of hearing people. You should do a video on live caption, which allows deaf and hard of hearing people to read during a phone call or videos. Android has given me my life back.

Well this feature is also available in my $180 Moto g54 device and also it's very easily accessible. Obviously it isn't fast as Samsung's and also doesn't record sounds outside the phone but still good feature tho if we look at the price

it stops after sometime when a speaker gives up speaking. you need to click the mic button over and over again, but here you don't need to. at the same time it records the time of your speach, let's you copy the stuff. It is for longer recordings like interviews, everything has its purpose

It doesn't work for me. I always speak Spanish and English in the same conversation. So what it transcribes is a complete mess. When I speak Spanish it writes nonsense sentences in English instead of writing it in Spanish which is what I just spoke 😂😂
