Mark, I am so sorry about the injustice you have suffered. I am a former Court Reporter & Clerk, courts in Canada, so very familiar with the administration of proper justice. Your human rights have been violated in every sense of the Human Rights Act - surely you have similar legislation in the UK? Our law in Canada is based on British law and why I ask that question. Mark, from listening to you, it's easy to see that you are an ethical man and these people who targeted you should be brought to justice. The other item that is significant here is that Dan is naming the judge. Judges enjoy a privacy that the rest of us do not and given the decisions I've seen in the UK, particularly your's, it is a good idea to publish the names of the judges along with their decisions. These people must be held accountable, if not now, in the near future.
