26 July update: ✅🇧🇩🇧🇩 Police League has kidnapped Nahid and Asif, one of the coordinators of the movement. Anti-discrimination student movement coordinators Nahid Islam and Asif Mahmud have been accused of being removed. Several witnesses confirmed that they were picked up by some men in plain clothes on Friday afternoon from Gonoshasthaya Nagar Hospital in the capital. Several doctors and nurses at the hospital said they were picked up shortly after 4 pm. They were under treatment at Gonoshasthaya Nagar Hospital for the past few days. Was under surveillance. No one has been allowed to meet them since Thursday evening. Nahid Islam and Asif Mahmud had earlier complained of being picked up and tortured. Nahid's sister Fatima Taslim told the journalists that the detective police picked up Nahid and Asif. Both of them were sick then. They were not given time to wear pants. They were picked up while wearing lungis. Nahid Islam, Asif Mahmood and Abu Bakr Majumdar have gone missing in the 2nd phase Although the names of the first 2 people came, Baker's name did not appear in any newspaper Already once Asif was given slow poison, not allowed to take proper treatment.
