I don't understand how someone can be so evil, dark and unremorseful. Like Lee Owen's son said, if he would have been locked up this wouldn't have happened! From what I've heard of Mr. Brook's history he should have been locked up! As a person of faith, the fact that Mr. Brooks "uses" religion and faith as a defense tool just adds to show how evil he is. My prayers and thoughts go out to all the victims and their families.

A lot of ppl in prison are not evil. They are ppl who have made mistakes as we all have, while I can’t speak for everyone. I know most prisoners will never accept a man like this.

He have been in solidarity confinement since early April 2022 - even today in Boscobel supermax prison he is in solidarity confinement - only allowed out 4 time a week if he behaves due to the prison rules (they are very strict). Only 3 calls per month if he behaves due to the prison rules. Having a very small tv and a radio in the cell - but will be taken away if he don't complied with the prison rules. Hea as for now not able to do any work so he could earn some money. (In Denmark all prisoner will be able to work even if they are in solidarity confinement - when convited and sentences they will be placed in a prison where they will be able to go to school classes to get their degrees (~ high school evwn some kind of college) - work in the workshop in the prison. A life sentence in Denmark is normally not full time - but a parole can be granted after 12/16 years - depending of the evaluation of the convited person. We have some life time sentence prisoner - but none of them will be released within the next several years - they are too dangerous to the society. We dont have death penalty in Denmark (only during and after wars ~ WWII) - nothing afterwards.

Listening to the families talk of their pain, I keep crying and wish I could reach out to each of them and just hold and offer support to them. It is hard enough to lose a parent/wife/friend due to an illness or age, but losing their lives one like this, I can not even begin to know the pain their are going through. Towards the end of the trial, the judge threatening him continuously and not following through while continuing to warn him is frustrating. What’s crazy, is that, because of his antics, tactics and insanity - I almost lost sight of what actually happened. Listening to them, and watching his reactions during this testimony, has reminded me that - this creature plowed into SEVERAL people. If I even hit a curb by accident, it is a jolting feeling. I’ve never hit an animal, and I hope never to for the sake of its life. Screw mine. Imagine, for a second, being him in that SUV. The sounds he heard, and the blood on his windshield. The amount of horror. And then, imagine yourself presenting to the world, that YOU DID NOTHING WRONG! Imagine the visuals from inside the car. My goodness. I am not religious at all - but I can only guess that there will have to be AFTERLIFE consequences for this. There are humans, among us, who have souls and do not. This creature… has NO soul. Stiffer penalties need to be ADDED for people who committed crime in another town. This was a beautiful peaceful town and trash came and caused chaos and mayhem.
