the courts are all messed up, they always make sure to victimize people again...! I witnessed a shooting once, these two random dudes jumped out the woods and robbed me and my friend, and ended up shooting him twice in the back with a .45.. Anyway , the police forced me to come to court to testify against them, the cops towed my car and told me I could not get it back until after the trial, until I testified, and the day of court was the same day as my Best friends funeral, so I went to the funeral but soon as I got there the detectives called me and said they'd put a warrant out for my arrest if I didn't hurry up and get down to the court house... And guess what, they didn't even end up needing me that day.!!!! I sat there all day while the THUGS took pictures of me and made threats to me and followed me out the court house. So, I missed my friend funeral, for nothing..Me and this dude went to kindergarten together, we were Neighbors almost our whole lives, we played sports together, we were best friends.. The court system made me a victim once again, by forcing me to miss my best friends funeral... RIP Matt Koppers, you're missed! Thank you for your service, Marine!!! The courts let anyone in the court room, so as I'm up there on the stand, the shooter and like 15 of his gangster friends are all there in the court room getting a good look at me, taking pur pictures etc. They were following us after the court dates, they had pictures of my car, my license plate, pictures of my mom's work building, my girlfriends apartment building and pictures of one of my other cars while it was parked outside a store on the other side of town. Which means they were following me that day as well... The system, the police, the courts an judges, they don't care about our safety whatsoever!!!.

However, this actual defendent, the POS in the video, should have been in jail on the day of the Christmas parade for an attempted murder of this woman a month or so prior with same red Ford SUV and not out on a $1,000 bail, able to cause innumerable harm to countless families.

So right and I'm so glad u pointed this out. These types' tactics are sooo difficult to explain and something like 'plain 'ol gaslighting' barely scratches surface. Seems like this lil blip here gets a little closer to exemplifying how they roll. In most of life, friends/fam, etc. aren't around to hear (or it's done in front of others, with a 'look' or similar that only the victim has tuned into to; bc responding to that look, or knowing where his head is has allowed her to try to control a tiny bit of her safety) all that led up to her defending herself, maybe her lashing out, etc. All they know is what the perp allows them to see, laying another brick on the foundation of 'her being the problem' that he's been 'hinting' at to them. If she does not know that these types nor these tactics exist, she's going to assume he thinks & treats others similarly to her. She's going to internalize this in some type of way like this: "Wow, yeah he DIDN't say I accused him. What is wrong with me that I'm acting all defensive? Why did I totally read into ... wait... read into what, again? I don't even remember (cognitive dissonance occurs when ur 2 realities conflict; ie ur gut & experience vs the facts ur TOLD)... Wait.. where ARE his papers... DID I take them? Aw man, how would I feel if someone came at me all defensive and acted like I just did to him?! And for NO reason!!? Shoot, I REALLY need to work on myself and REALLY need to show him I care and I'm soooo sorry, baby (works even better when he acts hurt - which is against her internal values to do to another - coupled then ALSO with the dopamine she has been missing from him showing any emotion and/or only anger, stonewalling, etc. Hurt is closer to love, and would traditionally mean we are vulnerable to another)!" They know EXACTLY what they are doing. And I believe they have the 'time/energy' to twist all aspects/sides bc they have no emotion invested. And maybe even that they have been granted supernatural (the demonic kind) skills & insight. Once in a while they may have a total loss of control and lose their minds, but even that is usually not done in public. EVERYTHING is strategized, even things like ACTING out of control and plowing through a crowd of neighbors & families.

It is very common for the child from an abusive relationship to resent the remaining caretaker parent. In the mind of the child the abuser is beneath contempt and non-human. They tend to blame the abused parent for not preventing the abuse in their lives. He has destroyed two more lives. He impregnated a child and forced her into a life of poverty along with her child. Evil visiting to the next generation.

I’ve come back and rewatched this trial so many times but this is the first time I noticed that around 56:00 the young man in the “audience” so to speak, begins to smile when attorney Zach states they heard the phone call of Brooks asking his mother to send those pictures, lol. That young man was the son of one of the women who lost their lives and his victim impact statement was so powerful. I know it was very difficult for the families to have to sit through this sick mans antics every single day but his smile when he realizes Brooks was caught in ANOTHER lie, made me smile too. Especially when it was a lie that he clearly didn’t plan well. He knows they listen to his phone calls and it just goes to show he consistently underestimated everyone around him! I still don’t understand how he thought he would get away with that! Lol. Attorney Zach even offered proof later on proving Brooks called Miss Patterson from the jail over 30 times and she never once picked up!😂 He knew he had to try and lie on her but still failed miserably. As miserably as he failed at being his own “lawyer.” 🤷🏽♀️ I hope he’s rotting away right now. Edit: Actually both of the men in the back are the sons of the women I spoke about and they were clearly enjoying Attorney Zach airing him out and shutting him down with ease🤌🏼

Yes!! They are the sons of Lee Owen, and the one son (with the beard) is the one who told DB to rot in hell after he was found guilty of count two (the intentional homicide count for their mother Lee). The Judge had him removed from the courtroom for the outburst but thankfully he was still able to give a victim impact statement.
@Seniaxc5 ай бұрын
Oh my goodness I never knew it was him who said that! I could tell from his victim impact statement that he was trying very hard to control himself compared to his brother. That doesn’t mean one is grieving more than the other, of course. Everyone grieves differently! If I was in his shoes I definitely wouldn’t have had the strength to sit there quietly like he did for this entire trial. Only one outburst took an incredible amount of self control! He said what we all were thinking and im glad he still had a chance to give a statement! Thanks for that fact!

Because look at who the father is. She gave away her most precious asset, now she must live with the consequences of that choice. For, more than likely, the for the rest of her life.
