Hey Mike, I just figured out a tweak - it could be a biggie! The missing link in audio? “Hair Acoustics” man! I know the MPD-8 produces a warm musical sound, but what’s really augmenting those sound waves is that curly mop on top of your head. It breaks up the vibrational energy beautifully. Why fool with cables, DAC’s, pre-amps, sources, gear in general? For men who are bald, sell them a wig. Not only will their self esteem improve, but their listening experience as well. Just make sure they use the special “Mikey Conditioner”. LOL!

I listen on occasion to cathedral Pipe organ. What F&Fs would be best down to 16hz?

Probably the largest you can get. However the organ recordings with really deep bass still dont really play bellow around 30hz in my experience.

Id like to put my Resonance Unified 469s up against those 170s. I think the 170s would beat me in clarity and detail but mine would crush them in output and bass. Tool wants to know which sounds-feels better! lol Maybe later this year???
