On day one this judge came across as a no-nonsense I am in charge and the trial WILL move forward quickly. What on earth happened to these promises? The prosecution is placing delays daily and showing they are not prepared and there is nothing more than a slight tap on the wrist by the judge. Seems to be edging closer to the way the previous judge was handling this trial.
