Today's summary: Love did re-direct at Mounk... Likely trying to revoke his plea after he didn't say what she wanted him to say. She calls his lawyer to the witness stand to question him on whether not she told Mounk to exclude certain facts from the jury. His attorney says that wasn't his understanding, but it did raise a flag in his head as to why she told Mounk she would not ask him about the beef between Shell Kel and him being over a girl. Love tries to admit one sided emails, herself to Mounk's attorney, of revisions to the plea deal into evidence. The defense ask for the responses. Love tries to lie and say they spoke via phone after she sent one email. Finally coughs up the emails. After discovering that Mounk did indeed tell the state that the drive by shooting had nothing to do with a gang, but was over a girl, the defense says this is a Brady violation. They argue the state (Ms. Love) has a duty to disclose any evidence that could be in favor of the defendants. The judge does not believe it is a Brady Violation. The state had nothing to say in response to the Brady violation. In the wise words of Nicki... "it was quiet, ain't no back talk". Love did say at the end that she did not anticipate calling the attorney to the stand and that's why she did not submit these into evidence.They recessed for the day to give the defense some time to look at this alleged Brady material.

This case is unreal and the judge is extraordinarily biased. Woody told the state in 2021 that he lied, and they still brought this case. Then we find out that Mounk Tounk tried to tell the state the plea deal was inaccurate, and they still forced him to agree to these statements so he could get out of the “worst place in the world,” and get home to his mother. The DA’s office has proven themselves to be nothing but bullies and liars. I'm so upset that Rich Homie Quan passed away, because now he can't be called to the stand to prove how much of a liar Love is.

I don't understand why the state is not prepared for this trial. A lot of time wasted sitting while waiting on the state to provide evidence that should have already been delivered to the defense attorney's.

Unfortunately, Mounk Tounk doesn't have immunity like Woody did, and if he takes the stand and says “I lied in the plea deal,” the deal will get revoked. So he did the smart thing and said “Im not that smart. I didn't understand what I signed. I just wanted to get home to my mother.” It was the perfect response. It evoked empathy from the jury, and made the state look like bullies.

She’s mainly asking about her theory’s or hearsay… the defense lawyers have more details because they’re asking things that his friends have details about… but in the streets there’s a lot of drugs & alcohol so asking them to be specific about certain events a decade ago is not going to get her far

Both Steele and Schardt are absolutely correct with respect to their argument regarding Brady material at the conclusion of court this date. Judge is incorrect here because it is a legal duty and obligation of the prosecution to disclose any exculpatory and/or impeachable material to defense which could potentially help their position. State clearly hid these emails and if defense wasn’t doing their due diligence, then they would never have been known about by anyone other than the State. This is a disturbing and continuing pattern of violating the law and canons of ethics in this case by Adrian Love and the State of GA. This case should have been dismissed several times already when Glanville was still presiding.

Honestly, Love gets by with all types of disrespect! She twists words and blatently lies against the defense team and the defendants. Love always shifts blame and never stands on her own failures and mistakes. I think Love has screwed up so royaly that it appears as if she discriminates against the defendants. I don't see how these men are on trial! This whole trial is a joke. They built it on lies from real criminals, internet posts taken in their own spin, and hateful police witnesses. It would appear as if the real criminals were given plea deals while the innocent ones are charged!
