Hello dear...i listened very carefully... actually there is obviously some vocals in background from the real audio... now the thing is...the only doubt place is from 3:25 before it... there is no lipsycing... now even from that time i mention till the end... i am not sure...really...and no one can be sure up to 100 percent..that it is lipsycing or not...only mariah carey would tell us byherself...but another thing you would keep in mind...she is level of the singer that she can really sing that high Pitch at live too cause back in 90s people used to sing on real tunes mostly ...not like in this era where auto tunes are very common... @@gingerkyriakos6968

Yes that is Randy Jackson behind Mariah. Randy of course known as one of the original American Idol judges in the United States. Randy used to be Mariah's first original bass guitar player before he became famous himself on Idol. Here Randy is playing the piano keys. But, he is actually playing the bass guitar part on the piano which reproduces the bass as if it was a bass guitar. You can actually see Randy behind Mariah in her first TV appearance ever with a band in 1990 on SNL when she performed Vision Of Love which you can see on KZbin.
