It was such an honour to be the assistant audio engineer of this!!! First time actually putting an image to what I was recording that night and it's awesome... this was the first time I had ever heard of Afie or listened to Bahamas and I became an instant fan. Anyways, so glad I was there to hear Bahamas' amazingness! Thank you for your music :)

And of course evidence is in this set. Especially on ‘all the time’. He’s all world. I came onto this planet after all my favourite guitarists had either passed away or retired. It’s such a treat to be able to hear his music, tone, and playing in the present time. A lot of people would scoff at this, but to me he’s there with Hendrix, page, knopfler, beck, Clapton, Muddy waters, prince, fruciante and more. We are spoiled to have this musician doing his thing.

Idk about any historical comparisons but I’ve shown more people his solo on all the time than I can count and it never fails to impress. He’s very unique and extremely talented. Almost too laid back to actually showcase it most of the time

Everything Afie writes and every note he plays or sings is so clearly inspired by a true and profound love for music; this is exactly what the industry needs a lot more of. Keep being the best!

All you have to do is listen to his song ‘your sweet touch’ and it’s evident Afie will go down as one of the greatest guitarists of all time. Hell of a song writer and vocalist too.

Benoit Hubert he supported Jack Johnson on a world tour a few years back. My father and I saw them in Birmingham, Manchester and the O’lympia Paris. They never had a drummer the first two gigs but they did come Paris. I’ve never seen so many men in tears (Manchester and Birmingham) they were so captivating and pure. It hits a spot where it addresses your emotions. The closest thing to Angelic voices and music. They made Jack look like he was supporting them! Amazing

Never Again sounds like a slowed-down "acoustic" version of something by the Smashing Pumpkins, Or Billy Corgan. I'd love to hear Billy do this with that crazy distortion guitar, sped up drums, and screeching sorrowful voice of his.

It is/was one of his main guitars. I've seen him twice (2014,2017) & he played it all or most of each concert.
