This was our wedding song. And it still makes me tear up and smile to this day(10 years, 4 kids later).

4 kids here as well, 15 years. We thought about this one, but ended up choosing Chicago's "Happy Man." This one still gives me musical chills every time.

I think this has to without a doubt be his best song he has ever written. And one of the most beautiful songs ever composed. He is a true genius.

Great song. But I'd have to say Brick is his best song. I'm sure many want to forget that song because it suggests that abortion comes with pain and sorrow. The song captured the pain and despair so well.

My son and his bride danced to this song at their wedding for their first dance. It was just beautiful. There were dips and turns and it was lovely.

OK, so they took down the full show stream just a bit ago, but at least they had the G.D. common courtesy to post this right afterward. What a perfect Father's Day song for all the Xennials like me out there....

an old friend played this during his first dance with the spouse. Probably a popular tune for that circumstance.

Not the best singer, not the best pianist not the best... But damn, just the best

I'd say a master composer and great pianist (not a master pianist, but great). I have no idea what his thought process was with this song. Vanity could have led you to either avenue. This is obviously an unappreciated masterpiece, that had he allowed a great singer to lend his/her voice to, could've been so much bigger. So was it vanity that prevented that? Or was it his artistic voice that insisted he record it in its purity? Thus preventing the fullest extent of the world to appreciate this masterpiece
