I don't comment very often, but just had to tell you that when you got to the bit in your car, when you said 'everyone's got time to exercise. No excuse!' I remembered I'd done naff all today. So, (hope you don't mind, Lauren) but I paused your vlog, switched on a 4-minute exercise routine and worked on my bingo wings. (I've got spine probs & auto-immune disease) Painful, very, and I've put weight on because I can't box anymore - but you got me working, just a little bit today. Thank you Lauren. xxx (p.s. Not sure whether anyone else has suggested this- sorry if its a repeat but I find it really helpful to meal prep 1-2 times per week. It makes eating healthy a lot easier particularly when I dont have a lot of time or I am absolutely starving and can't wait the 30+ mins to cook something. The weeks I dont do it I very much notice a difference in my food choices.

Lauren, I'm not sure what your group therapy is for, but that's so great of you to show it on your videos. You're such an inspiration. I also had an eating disorder binge eating & purging. I spent a lot of time trying so hard, making it so far then just sabotage myself and gain it all back and then some. Finally I heard about EMDR therapy and I had it done ONCE it took about 2 hours but a year later I'm still on track and haven't even had the urge to binge. I'd strongly recommend it but either way you're kicking ass!

Dry brushing before shower and then using oil after shower on my skin helps it with recovery when losing weight. It really did wonders on my stomach and inner thighs. Lately my favorite meal is pasta with a bit of goat cheese melted as a sauce and pesto then added to it just before I take it off the stove. I serve the pasta on a HUGE bed of grated carrots and for some reason that hits all the spots.

H20 Dogz Joik Moisturising citrus bodyoil. It has orange, lemon and grapefruit essential oils and sunflower oil, olive oil, sweet almond oil. Works well for me.

I just started watching you so I will end up commenting on some older vlogs, sorry. I just have to say that you have changed my outlook completely! I know you get these kind of comments a lot but thank you so much for sharing your life and journey. I have been struggling with reaching that perfect number and size for ten years. So focused on that that often I would completely isolate myself because I was afraid to be judged. Last year I got to a really healthy weight and fitness by running and eating clean and I was so happy and then life happened (injured knee, husband had a horrible accident) and I gained it all back in 6 months. I was so depressed and disappointed in myself that I went into isolation again. I have been trying to juice fast to lose weight quickly but keep falling off and feeling a failure. Then I came across your videos. You are beautiful and funny and energetic and happy! You celebrate every victory and you are enjoying the JOURNEY. That's what I was missing. My focus has changed and now I am going to try and embrace who I am now and love this body first. Then I can make good food choices and get working out again and enjoy each day instead of only focusing on the goal. Thank you Lauren I think you just gave me my life back.

Good morning. My name is Nicole and I have started my weight loss journey back in October, but really kicked it up a notch and got serious in January. I came across your channel and literally stayed up all night watching your journey. I could not stop watching. It was like hanging out with your bestie and just laughing...corny I know, but hey. I lived in England for a little while and made it my adopted home, but when my hubby lost his job we moved here to the states. Well, long story a bit shorter, we have not been back to visit or anything and I miss it terribly. So when I started this journey, my goal was to lose the weight and as a reward...fly back to England to visit my family in NW London and my friends in Coventry and Cornwall, and not need a seatbelt extension. I had the "surgery" and lost 140+ pounds and gained back most of it when I lost a child. This time I am doing it properly so I can get smaller and maintain this time. You must hear all the time that your videos are real, but it is so true...I laugh with you, I cry with you and you inspired me to create my own channel. I don't know how to edit so I don't so it is a bit rubbish but it helps me with accountability. Anyway...I am writing, well babbling to ask WHEN I reach my goal, would it be possible to met you and thank you in person? You have been such a tremendous inspiration and I share your videos and what I learn from them with my friends and family that are on their own journeys. If that is a bit too weird...I understand but I thought I would just ask, also...I want to meet your mum too, she is so amazing the way she supports and joins you. It is so sweet watching you together. Okay...so there it is, they say you never know unless you ask, so I did. I nearly had a tear in my eye when I saw how happy you were with you lost and how comfortable you were with showing your wobbly bits. Thank you soo much for being real and honest, I suffer in the same way as you and I am waiting to get counselling to stop myself comfort eating/drinking. I know what to do to lose weight but once my emotions get in the way it's all over! Keep up your fabulous work, love ya long time 🤗 x

healthy thought tips!: 1.if you were raised never to waste food so you constantly over eat to clean your whole plate think of this "your body is not a trash can". Meaning, if the leftover food would be going in the trash if not in your mouth...then by putting it in your mouth your basically treating your body like a trashcan. 2. "don't put food in your mouth when there's food in your mouth". If you're having trouble slowing down and mindfully eating just practice not putting more food in your mouth while you're still chewing your last bite. :)

Life hack: dice kale leaves finely, combine with spirulina and wheat grass. Gently pour the mixture into a glass, then spread the mixture liberally over the lawn or garden. It might at least make for decent fertilizer, but for goodness sake don't eat it. (Feel free to replace wheat grass with ginger root.) Congrats on those 14 pounds and HOORAY TENACIOUS D!!!!!!!!!!

You're amazing Lauren! You're the only vlogger I follow for inspiration. I'm on the same journey but I have only lost 8 lbs in 3 months!! I'm a bit jealous that you manage to loose all that weight in just one week. I'm on a weight watchers diet and try to walk for half an hour everyday. Why am I not losing more weight ?! Sometimes I really feel like giving up!

I love how your so real! And aren't like these other fitness youtubers that never video when there having a bad day or are eating rubbish they always so perfect and reality is life isn't perfect there are going to be days where your feeling shit and eat shit but I just love that you don't hide that and you just show people that you can pick yourself back up and carry on and mistakes are allowed I just simply adore you!! couple of things lovelyLauren, I know you've probably said before but where o where did you get that bowl, the one with the blue bits? Also, I think you should do the right thing and glue new marbles into that wall for the next gen to try and pick out. love you Lauren!! and yes I know what you are saying about the freedom you get...I finally get and understand that!! I have been just doing it, going through the motions, going through the consistency of my clean diet, exercise etc. Have not seen the scale move yet but my body is changing in shape that is visible. I have been consistent for just one month so far but I am finally understanding that the weight will come off eventually. I feel right now, at this time, I am loosing fat and gaining muscle which is why my scale is not changing....Wish I could join you in one of your classes!! Love the classes you are taking and you have inspired me to go to some at my gym, to change things up a bit...Just want to say thank you...I love my wobbly bits!! It just says the fat is coming off and not coming back!!

Yep green peppers are minging! You are so motivational, it's brilliant. I'm not even neccesarily trying to lose weight - I have Coeliac disease and IBS so sometimes food is a struggle, but you just motivate me to do everything, anything - cook, exercise, study, whatever. Anyway, just keep it up and thanks I suppose is what I mean!

My healthy tip: I found it hard drinking my water, I just wasn't into it. So we have a soda stream machine, I carbonate the water and just add slices of lemon and lime. Now my water is bubbly and I love it. I finish my water now, and actually look forward to getting a glass.

I drink a mug of fresh ginger tea with lime each time when my cravings start to trigger me to binge. The spicy/bitter taste really blows my cravings away and this tea helps to protect against colds. It is so nice to watch your videos💕👍🍀you're amazing!

I try NOT to comment every week but your videos make me do it. LOL Lauren, I have a question (which you likely won't see or respond to but, here it goes anyway). What is it that you're really trying to battle most...the weight or a love for food? The reason I ask this is because I'm having a similar battle within myself. I lose, I gain, I lose, I gain. I'm good with everything for awhile but, slack again and cannot figure out why I do. I'm sure that I've missed a video or two somewhere that you've already gone into an explanation about this but, if you could, would you re-do it in another vlog video, please? By the way, love the panties and bra and dancing. Wouldn't be you without it and makes the rest of us feel real since we all do it. :) Hugs and congrats on the 4 lbs again this week. Good going! I've been slowly watching your videos from beginning to now , you are an inspiration! Love your relationship with your mom ( you guys have me seriously needing to try that veggie soup she makes ! ) ❤️ I can't tell you how much it means to hear someone be so honest about the emotional struggle with food , thank you ! Thanks in part to some of your words I made it through a whole Easter season without a single piece of chocolate... my own Easter miracle 😂🐰 you look fabulous btw and happy !

one thing I've found useful if i want a sweet treat to last same thing as the fruit water but make ice cubes and suck on them like boiled sweets.

To make life easier (eating healthy easier) I just found some very tasty very healthy dishes, like salad made from arugula and any other salads, with sun dried tomatoes, a bit of green grapes, blue cheese, and dressing (olive oil, a little bit of honey, sesame oil, balsamic vinegar and mustard) you can sprinkle it with some nuts. It is amazing. Also for my breakfast I now have avalado with tomato on toast. And for dinner salmon with asparagus and broccoli. And it's working for me so far, cause my meals are filling, and light on calories.

One thing that I am going to do. My sweet mother bought me some Easter candy... I put it all in the freezer so I won't eat it all... just a small treat every now and then

I have one of those glass 1L bottles from IKEA on my desk and fill it twice a day. Having a bigger bottle totally helps me make sure I drink 2L a day.

Aww I know I say it every week but I love your mum :) She and you clearly have such an amazing relationship. Thank you for continuing to inspire me. I am now 85 lbs down (6 stone 7) weigh in day tomorrow. I have even plucked up teh courage to have my own channel on here, its daunting, scary but it's making me feel as if I am even more accountable now. Because I can't give up when I know I have people rooting for me. Anyway, waffling But thank you again. Oh and my dieting tip is.. Popcorn (make your own) The machines are cheap and you can get the kernels from health food shops. As long as you dont smother it with sweet stuff it's a fabulous cheat food. #laurensinherunderwear < My own personal hashtag shout out for ya ;) xx

I work night shifts as a nurse so really struggling with regular eating patterns etc old habits consisted of anything with sugar for an extra boost and a McDonald's breakfast as a "treat" on my last shift. Now I have cut out all fizzy drinks and pop, I just drink water flavoured with fresh fruit and the occasional coffee. Best tip for working shifts and weight loss BE PREPARED!! Take plenty of snacks if you like to graze, nuts, rice cakes, carrots with hummus, green apple slices with whole peanut butter mmmmmm :) I make sure I exercise on my days off I love aqua and swimming. #healthylifehacks Thank you Lauren for being so honest and relatable, I love your videos and they keep me motivated throughout the week, can't wait for next weeks vlog.
