Please explain why courts take up some cases immediately and delay some cases for years? I studied everyone is equal before law then why this inequality

Cast descriminition is there in supreme court registry as well, they even do not have any sc/st association, used to work there but left, however can recall that one of the bosses clearly said that sc/st candidates lack merit and not capable of reaching upper echelons, that too in front of some persons which i believe belongs to reserved category, it presumed it as prejudice but also observed lot of nepotism and regionalism as well, transfer policy is so bad that persons in one department have good links can remain on that seat for life long or gets transferred for name sake and gets reinstated in the same department after spending a formality time on another seat just because of someone from upper echolons have a liking for that particular person not because of talent but yes sir attitude

How come they claim that they r happy when they r not faithful and loving creatures of their parents. This is the education they are getting from the teacher. This is the love which sustains all life on the earth. This love has been imparted by our Creator. One has to sacrifice everything for parental love. I request every person in our nation not to advocate such acts which r instrumental in severing the natural relations. Our people r strong and resilient due to our strong and respected family bonds which we cherish and advocate. And it has sustained our nation for thousands and thousands of years. Otherwise, if we dont set the things right, we r going for a huge chaos in our society. In my opinion, like every sane and normal person, whole family needs counseling so that they enjoy family bliss.

This Isha Foundation story... A father can't control his filly grown adult daughters, so he pouted to the courts... It's sad because, by doing this, he ruind any chances of having a relationship with his kids. Having said that, publicity is publicity... 🙏🏻
