I am waiting for chalo to come to my locality since a long long time. I don't know why but i assume the crowd indication feature limits chalo from rapid scaling. I would suggest the team to pass over that feature to passenger(just like where is my train) and don't waste too much resources for it.

How this works, do you put some system on bus that give you tracking???? How conductor less buses you just tap out and pay. How that works ??? what if someone exit without paying??? and if you are paying through UPI it takes so much time for everyone to pay and exit the bus. Why don't you partner up with Government, use your technology issue e card on mobile that can be top up so one doesn't have to open app and fill the password in crowded bus. I want our buses to be like western buses. clean, good looking, easy in and out, less noise and AC, I think you need to come in the transport sector as player not just service provider. if not then partner up with government on pan india level that court issue order to organize indian bus system and you take lead in improving and fixing in it.
