Testimony continues in the defamation trial between Johnny Depp and his ex-wife Amber Heard in a Fairfax, Virginia, courtroom. Josh Drew, the ex-husband of Heard's friend Raquel Pennington, was asked about late-night visitors that Heard had at her home with Depp while the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor was away. Drew confirmed that "more than 30 times" Heard had visitors over to her house late at night when Depp wasn't home.

I’m pretty good at reading people. He was honest in my opinion. He doesn’t embellish or stall. He is clear and concise. He says what he saw but doesn’t try to insinuate he knows more then he does or go into hearsay. He also has no attachment to any of them anymore I believe. I believe what he saw was staged. I am no expert on domestic abuse but calling the state of AH face they showed on that picture " a significant injury to her face" is nothing short of laughable. Those people are totally out of it. A bunch of deluded free loaders lying through their teeth for her because JD got enough and closed a tap on them. I got hit by a football once into face by mistake and I looked like a lady Frankenstain for almost full week after that - massive swelling around nose, eyes almost shut, massive black eyes and nose red purple violet . That picture of her they so carefully took is an absolute joke. There is slight shadowing under her eyes that could be a result of a couple of sleepless nights and nothing else. That "busted lip" is particularly "cute" and makes me laugh because as a person with severely dry, permanently peeling or cracked and cold sore blistered lips I have looked 10x worse on regular basis. the fact that amber jumps right into relationship after relationship says alot about her and as a survivor of DV and SA when I was able to get away from my abuser I was in no hurry to jump into another relationship and when I finally did begin dating again I was super cautious .the fact that she had James Franco come to JDs penthouse the very first night that amber and JD separated shows first that she wasn't afraid of JD cuz anyone who has been abused knows they would never do anything like this. the second thing it shows is that she is extremely codependent and cannot be alone and that has got to be of the utmost importance to her to not be alone. And so someone who can't be alone and doesn't want to lose someone will do anything and everything to try and keep that person. and when they know that they've lost them for good they will do everything we can to ruin them.

I think they needed some girl time alone to do the makeup and to set the stage. Then when they were done, they called him in for the pictures. I suspect that this Raquel character was helping AH build her victimhood narrative. By the way J Gal, is it just me, or are you also getting the impression that AH had surrounded herself with a bunch of parasitical sychophants, that she could bend to her will? And that after they had all taken advantage of a kind and generous man through her, they were willing to stand by, and/or, even help their insidious narcissistic hostess destroying him.

My narcissistic ex used to hit himself in the face and bash his head into the wall if he felt like he was losing an argument. Hearing all the crazy tapes from Amber, laughing psychotic like, not letting Johnny leave when he needed time to, screaming at him, putting him down, throwing things etc. are all too familiar to me. Amber needs help but much like my narcissistic ex, she won’t get it bc ppl like that don’t look in the mirror.

love that they grilled all of JD’s witnesses on being makeup/bruise experts when AH’s mooch friends immediately say there was bruising and swelling, are they experts? how do they know she wasn’t staging everything and using makeup to fake bruises and redness if they never actually witnessed any violence or destruction? or that she hadn’t just gotten cosmetic procedures like botox or fillers? and why would JD throw all of Rocky’s stuff around and not AH’s? AH’s self-centeredness didn’t want to mess up her own stuff in the penthouse, she just wanted to call her friends over and cause enough ruckus to call the cops and change the locks so she could buy more time to live there

got to love how these people make jd seem more of a normal person..its like hes a fairytale creature when the media talk about him but the people on the stand that are in and out of his life make him more human more like one of us
