Everything she described was actually what she did to him, not the other way around. She is the abuser. For the "Staircase Incident" she claimed he tried to push her sister, Whitney, down the stairs. But the best friend of Whitney states in her written declaration that when Whitney was describing to her what had just happened, she stated that Amber was assaulting Johnny and that she was scared her sister would end up killing him. Whitney also told her best friend (again, the court document) that her sister, Amber, was the one to almost knock her down the stairs, not Johnny.

They were putting in fences on other things leaving out the full statement or facts. I can't stand reporters. Reporters and Paparazzi do not care about anybody but themselves. Her and my mom dated 2 brothers)and I'm 46 still not wanting to sleep because even in my frequent nightmares, my sister and mom are still trying to trap me in a room so my uncle can find me. Defence lawyers can now claim a victim is just a bitter ex, imply they're "doing the Amber Heard routine" and sow a seed of doubt in a jury's mind. It won't affect all victims, but it certainly could create bias against some.

I suspect Whitney was the black sheep, the scape goat, for the majority of her life and she has been trained to cover, enable, and do everything for her sister. This includes lying for her. Whitney could redeem herself by telling the truth on the stand. Minimum, refusing to perjure herself by not testifying. I don't anticipate that happening though. Whitney will have to reach the end of her own rope in covering for her sister on her own and until she reaches that point, she is just going to be Amber's enabler.

I have survived domestic violence. It's possible Amber H experienced some abuse- but less than what she inflicted on JD. She's exaggerated situations being unfair to those of us who have been the target of alcoholic violent rages. I was distraught and panicking at the thought of seeing my abuser in court. She appears to not have a problem with that nor with symptoms of PTSD that often follow domestic abuse. She's doing a disservice to actual domestic violence victims.

JD says he never hit Amber, but if the jury believes that he did, even once, put his hands on her in anger, then he loses the case. This happened to my husband. He just wanted to end his unhappy relationship civilly and agreeably and she accused him of domestic assault. She convinced a deputy to arrest him without evidence of abuse. He had no criminal history while she had a history of making accusations against another man without proof. She also refused medical care. She manipulated the court system. She committed perjury to get custody of his dog who is now destitute and scared. We are appealing the wrongful decision made by a biased Judge who believes all women must be believed. She was furious her meal ticket was ending and wanted to ruin any prospect of him being able to keep employment or be happy in a future relationship with me. I have been in legal horror for years over one biased cop believing her lies. She used an injunction to keep him out if their shared home to steal all of his worldly possessions. Nobody will still believe he is innocent despite not being convicted and I submitted over a hundred pages of evidence to the court (mostly court documents from other county’s of how she victimized other men). I wrote several Judges on his behalf highlighting the political driven ideology of this absolute presumption of guilt that all men who are accused of domestic assault without evidence are immediately presumed guilty denied of any fourth amendment right. Her free legal victims advocate counsel are true believers and still threaten my husband on her behalf with no care they are terrorizing me too. I am a progressive liberal and support all humans to be protected from abuse but they system and public have turned it that every person is a victim just because they say so even when there is more proof they are the aggressors with vindictive and spiteful motivations. Woman like Amber heard and my husband’s ex girlfriend make it very difficult for real victims. They are self-serving narcissist with extreme personalities who will take anyone down with them. I hope the pendulum does not swing where no women are believed but this case will bring some rational sense proportion to men whose lives have been ruined by vindictive psychopaths. I’m just so afraid for my husband’s dog who is very old now and it horrible situation when she should be with us safe and sheltered. Any person who would abuse a dog for revenge is the lowest second to a person who abused as a child for revenge.

I can imagine how frustrated, exhausted, dehumanized humiliated Johnny Depp must have felt. I’m traumatized by letters sent by his ex’s so called victims advocates threatening my husband they will come after him with more fabricated accusations to scare both of us into silence. We unfortunately cannot hire a spectacular lawyer like Mr. Chew. Whoever thinks Johnny Depp is selfish for filing this lawsuit has never had to endure the horror of a believed false accusation void of any tangible proof can cause innocent person. Thank you Johnny for fighting this monster. I experienced an Amber Heard situation after a relationship and wish I could have had the resources to do the same. Instead I lost a lot of so-called 'friends' who blindly went behind my back and perpetrated what the Amber was spreading. I learned who my real friends were. It still affects me to this day, regarding trust in both relationships and friendships and of course in many ways mentally. This awful woman destroyed justice for all real victims.
