If you would understand one thing about pink floyd, just listen to the 2 first albums. Sid was the leader. He drowned into drugs ... So the 4 musicians went on ... no self proclaimed leader ... I believe it's one rare thing in music history. Then Ummagumma, and Atom Heart Mother. But still ... wish you were here ... approach, friend. Just one moment in time. So long , folks.

Masamichi Nishi 今や日本では70代がロック世代にまでなったことには素直に何か感慨深いものを覚えます。若者と年寄りのギャップはいつの時代にもありますが、戦前世代とロック洗礼世代ほどの世代ギャップはなくなったのだと。日本も変わったんだなと思う次第です。なにしろピンクフロイドから最初に洗礼された日本人の世代が今や70代！日本は明らかに変わったのですね。

素晴しいパフォーマンスでした。 プログレッシブ・ロックの愛聴者は日本においてもそれなりに多いと思うのですが、実際に演奏する人はあまりいないようです。私は寡聞にしと四人囃子以外には知りませんでした。今回のこのグループの演奏は長尺の名曲の魂の籠った忠実な再現であったと思います。感動しました。 日本のロック・グループによるEL&Pの「タルカス」、YESの「危機」、RENAISSANCEの「シェーラザート」等も聴いてみたいと思いました。

Wow that was fantastic. About the best I've ever seen without the luxury of a full choir and orchestra. The soprano's vocals were simply perfect, her high notes had a timbre that was exquisite. The original Floyd recording was unfortunately kind of muddy; it was great to hear the isolation of the parts here. Really well done.

Writing word to word the same text hundred years afters is no lazy, it's art and politics. And I hope this is not just lazy, but a true choice. I thoroughly enjoyed this, it required considerable rearrangement as you didn't have an orchestra or a full choir, but your rearrangement worked, it felt like you'd worked it out for you, everything worked together. Really, absolutely love this version. It truly has the spirit of early psychedelic Floyd. This band is awesome. I only wish I saw them do this live in person, preferably with a front row seat. I'm serious about this stuff. I love Floyd!!!

The first time I ever heard ANY Pink Floyd, was back in '75.....while stationed in Hawaii. Someone brought a copy of DSOTM into our barracks. By now......roughly 43 year later, I've been fortunate to see one of Gilmour's solo tours ( 'About Face' ) along with 5 post-Waters PF concerts ( 'A Momentary Lapse of Reason'....& 'The Division Bell' ).....& I don't know HOW many assorted tribute bands. I own all of their albums ( some early singles from the Syd era ), and even have one of the original production animation cels from 'The Wall' framed & hanging on my own. For some reason, I rarely ever go back to listen to their pre-DSOTM works. I just listened to 'Atom Heart Mother' last week, for the first time in decades. I think I'm enjoying THIS......watching someone actually play it. Much more than just listening to it. On a side note......I'm thinking that 'Animals' is probably my favorite PF album. Hard to say, but it seems to be the one I return to most often.
