Sir..! My father is Suffering from hepatocellular carcinoma poorly differentated high grade..! And portal vein thrombosis. We took him to the chennai best hospital..! They gave sbrt.. Now the portal vein got complete reaponse and tumor got reduced..! But jaundice has increased..! Dr adviced to do TACE.! Bcz of the high bilurubin value they postponed the TACE producre..! They said once the jaundice reduced we will do TACE.! Now the bilurbin value goes 3.5 to 5.4..! What should i do?? Once bilurbin value got reduced, can i go with TACE? Or Can i Go with TARE..! Pls guide me Sir..
