My wife as well.... I study Invasive diseases and 100% of all chemistry done in the body is from ENZYMES that come from Bacteria so the Microbiome is your immune system. Look up the NEW FOUND ORGAN called interstitium and come to my channel for info on this. This is a video I did on it... "A New Organ called Interstitium requires new research on its Function in Health". If your bacteria is bad you will be chronically ill.

Sharing Dr Berg Notes on this important episode: Cancer originates from normal cells. When something harmful happens in your environment, it can potentially create destruction to the mitochondria in your cells. Damaged mitochondria can no longer provide energy to a cell, and the cell is forced to use a different energy source. Now, we’re looking at a cancer cell. When mitochondria become damaged, and a cell turns into a cancer cell, the cancer cell becomes immortal. It also produces inflammation, and it seems to grow and spread into areas of inflammation. Mitochondria have many more functions than just producing energy. In my opinion, to reduce your risk of cancer, you need to reduce your risk of developing damage to the mitochondria. Natural ways to decrease your cancer risk: 1. Do intermittent and periodic prolonged fasting 2. Exercise 3. Get quality sleep 4. Socialize Thank you Dr Berg! 🐱👍

Add eliminating seed oils to the list. Seed oils muck up mitochondria and take 7 years to detox once you stop consuming.
@dannyboy218
@dannyboy218 11 ай бұрын
Cancer isn’t caused by damaged mitochondria’s, it’s caused usually by á mutations of the cell growth/replication genes that makes the cell grow uncontrollably. Usually all cells (expect neurons) have á biological clock that determines when they replicate, where skin cells do it like every 7 days or so, the cells in your intestines every 2 weeks or so, your heart cells I think replace themselves after like 7 or 14 years. But with cancer it can replicate itself nonstop, sometimes creating copies of itself every couple of weeks or months or days. That’s why some cancer cells like skin cancer can spread so fast. Now every cancer is different but it’s usually caused by an error in its cell division genes that affects the cells cyclins and cdks (cyclin-dependent kinases), proteins that help regulate the different stages of cell replication within a cell like the G1, S, G2, and mitosis stages. Not saying mitochondria doesn’t play a role in cancer, but from my molecular cell biology class in my undergrad degree of biology taught us cancer is mostly caused by some gene error of the cell replication usually targeting the cyclins and cdks of the cell. Usually caused by chronic inflammation, genetic errors at birth triggered later in life, or exposure to things that damage dna like uv radiation or carcinogenic agents

Unfortunately, if a person is experiencing problems with sleep due to menopause, sleep apnea, some types of medications, etc they wake up so so tired that they have difficulty getting their daily exercise like walks, gym, jogs, yoga, etc. Good sleep gives one a booster to exercise. Magnesium , HRT, and iodine and progesterone all help one sleep better plus melatonina.

In addition to these points here are some easy to add: a) eat 4-5 cloves of garlic everyday. b) add 1/3 finger size ginger to food atleast once c) take some dosage of berbarine after meal this will reduce blood sugar levels d) eat items like turmeric prepared in hot fat like coconut oil, and black seeds, cinnamon, oregano e) of the 21 meals a week atleast 5 should be salad based on greens n other veggies f) intermittent fasting and practice upto 3 days fasting in one go g) meditate, exercise, and do breathing exercises, find happiness via hobbies, pets, games etc.

After 30 yrs a person could skip one meal per day and count 18-+ hrs of meals intermittent fasting. No one should be eating 3 meals per day after their developmental yrs. As we approach middle age we should skip 2 meals. And add iodine drops daily bc iodine is depleted in our soil and needed for energy and to fight cancer. -(Dr. Brownstein has done extensive research on the importance of iodine and cancer prevention. Don’t buy the cheap salt but the best Norwegian salt. Avoid GMO, corn syrup, flue shot( ( it has mercury)- toxic especially for the brain. Remember that your bodies immune system is way better than shots- vaccines. Also of course the king of vitamins is vitamin D3 daily and regular bathroom visits per day you should see a soft sausage in the toilet for a healthy gut. If it’s nowhere looking like this you have problems. Those are toxins the body needs to flush out daily. Also put the phone down and rest/ sleep w/ o looking at your phone

Thank you Dr Berg, you are a gem. I recently had a bad mole removed, and it was labelled as melanoma. I saw Dr Seyfried's videos on Dr Warburg's research showing the metabolism of what creates a healthy cell, and what degrades a cell. Stricken by mold poisoning 7 years ago, I was not surprised that my previous fungal rashes, turned into skin cancer, even though I have detoxed, and eat organic plant based diet (most of the time.) Thank you for reinforcing the facts on how cancer cells function. Fasting is hard at first, but I am now intermittent fasting, doing cardio, walking, etc. No sugar, lowered carbs, more water, more sleep, and most importantly praying!! I love your videos, and thank God for doctors like you.💖

Some people, regardless of age, need MORE alone time than they need social time to be mentally and emotionally healthy/strong/destressed/reinvigorated. I preferred living alone before I was was married and after I was divorced. While I enjoy "selective" social interactions, I don't feel any sense of loneliness or depression without them. Having the option is key for me. I'm very selective about who I spend my time with. When I can, I avoid being with people I don't need or want to be with. I'm a recluse by design; not necessity. I find less stress and more peace of mind in solitude than I do in most social situations. Family, loved ones and life-long friends are the people I genuinely want to be with. The rest I can take or leave.

Just being around low quality people with little to no intelligence, but who think they know it all, is pure cringe.Its almost impossible to find like minded friends that are pleasant to be in their company.Most people are nothing but drama and chaotic lives.I do best alone in quiet with my rescue animals.

I hope you find peace and healing - whatever that may mean for you. Gabor Mate has a fascinating book called, "When the body says no." It was mind-blowing to me when I first read it. Time and time again, we seem to be finding more evidence regarding disease and stress, so I certainly don't think you're far off on that assumption. You can have peak physical health, but stress overshadows it all. The book changed my life, as I was told I had two autoimmune issues that would follow me my whole life. I haven't had them since. I learned over a matter of years how to express myself, learn about emotions (wasn't taught as a child), and how to not hold everything in. So many members of my family passed from cancer with this personality type... pretending that stress doesn't affect them, but they were instead holding it inside.

You did the things you were told by conventional medicine was the answer... Being a good steward of your body takes research combined with critical thinking and adjustments when new info arises. You weren't given a brain for passivity. A steward is a caretaker. So, according to the Bible, you can be a good steward if you take care of whatever God has given you to care for. No where do I read abdicating personal responsibility and turning it over to God... a lie churches tell you. Read up on the things Berg is talking about... I don't drink, smoke, take big pharma... all teachings from mom/church. 25 yrs, I was a mental health provider in prison... cortisol, adrenals, whole endocrine system...damaged. Toxic, negative corrupt environment. So, I read endocrinology books re: symptoms, listen to videos, you name it... slow but steady progress... my thinking being my biggest issue.

Thank you Dr Berg! The cool things about all these 4 ways are every single thing is FEASIBLE!! It's all within our control and cheap, it all boils down to our will power, and it's not something extraordinary that only select few could do it. - healthy foods: reducing/cutting down expenses for bad foods and investing more on better quality foods - exercise: oh c'mon, just take a walk outside your flat. Even if you cant go out, there are walking videos for free on YT, 20-30mins/day - sleep: manageable for workers in normal hours. even if working shift hours, we can work with GP as to how manage this - loneliness: get out of your social media hooks and start talking to people offline. Your neighbours, coworkers, friends, customers, family members, etc.

Even before the pandemic, our culture has been spending more time on the internet and less time with face to face interaction. I think about my great grandparents and grandparents who had so much interaction with family, and friends and ate a large portion of their food from gardens. They mostly lived into their 90's and were very active. Their children and grandchildren who moved to more urban areas are aging faster than they did.

Yes. It seems like he is saying (based on the contradiction of his videos) that fasting is good for PREVENTING cancer. But once you HAVE cancer, prolonged fasting makes it worse. Huh? I would like to see the evidence on that. I will be interested to see Jeff DeProsperis' results. He has stage 4 cancer and is a carnivore and does frequent extended fasting (like 5-8 day fasts). He recently got all his tests done so I would like to see how his cancer is reacting to the fasting.

The elephant in the room that so few people understand is that we ALL get cancer multiple times a year, all of us, yes including YOU. Cells divide and there's an error in the coding and the new cell becomes cancerous. Luckily our bodies will often find and kill these cancerous cells as part of the normal immune system, but when the immune system fails or the cancer cluster grows faster than it is killed that is when the cluster of cells gets big enough to be called a tumour and felt/diagnosed. Prolonged Fasting (autophagy) is the cure that medical practitioners always fail to talk about, but is the most effective. Believe it or not, do your own research.

Even he's in bed, still can do this exercises to his legs and arms! This exercises not only doing great blood circulation but I think also building kind of things what helping to fighting with the cancer cells! 3. 3 time a week full-body rolling wooden massages! I think this helping to move the cells under the skin and in the vain! Best result to doit itself, because the same time we do exercising! 4:And how much can, need to cat milky and all meat, only can eat organic chicken, fish,lamb liver and eggs. Eat lots of slow cook broccoli, kale, chekpeas, kidney and white beans! 5: cold shower also great for blood circulation and for the cells to!🙏Very hard journey, but we must try all what we can to getting back our healthy life!🙏🙏🙏🙏💞🌅☀️

Hi Dr. Berg, a couple of weeks ago you released a video concerning AUTOPHAGY. In that video you made a shocking and complete 180 turn on your opinion on how autophagy now negatively effects cancer and how it can actually cause cancer to grow. This is very concerning because for years now you have been a strong advocate for fasting and autophagy and the positive benefits these bring in fighting cancer. Even interviewing several people who have used autophagy in their fight against cancer. Many people are very confused by your reversal and have been asking you to clarify you comments.
