Thank you Dr. John, I’m just abit confused as to how the urea flows or gets transported from the liver to the kidneys like which vessel?. Is it through the hepatic arteries then aorta then renal arteries or does it flow to the hepatic veins ?

Thank you Dr John People with obesity or those want to reduce weight advised with ketogenic diet is it advisable for prolonged period.you said it's an emergency back up.. Long term ketones in blood produce any contraversial effects?

I don't have data to answer that question, but it does not sound very natural. It probably partly depends on genetics, Inuate for example and other aborigine peoples traditionally have a high protein and fat diet and do very well.
