Robertson shouldn’t have been sent off according to the laws of the game, he didn’t deny a goalscoring opportunity as the ref plays advantage when the ball falls to Jimenez who has a shot but VVD clears it then the ref blows his whistle and brings it back for foul so therefore robertson didn’t deny a goalscoring opportunity, the ref should’ve played away and just yellow carded Robertson once the ball was out of play

It was a tough match against a Ref who called everything in Fulham's favor. Two should've been red cards and a stonewall penalty did not get called against Fulham but he was quick to pull the trigger on Robertson's red card without hesitation.

As I recall, Liverpool was looking at Robinson over the summer, at least that’s what the rumors were. I definitely think Robertson needs a proper deputy-Tsimikas is fine, but I think we’ve seen his peak and he’s nowhere near Robertson’s peak level. I believe Robertson’s dip in form is due to being played too much because we don’t have enough depth in defense, and this busy period of the year is showing it. Titles can be lost during the festive period because of fatigue that stays with the players through the next month or two. I really hope that isn’t the case, as I would love to see Liverpool lift the trophy again, this time in front of fans, but I do worry that our lack of depth is going to bite the squad in the behind.
