To be fair tottenham had consistently outperformed them for most of the decade. From 2010 - 2018 Liverpool only finished above tottenham once in 13-14 when they were one Gerard slip away from a title. They had dropped further then that and really become the equivalent of Everton which would hurt a lot more. Klopp now has them legitimately considered the best team in europe over the last couple of seasons. Has been a massive turn around.

Rodgers is a top manager, he was very unlucky in his second season at Liverpool, he lost Suarez to Barcelona and Sturridge to long term injury. Who both scored a combined 50+ goals the season before, any Manager would struggle.

I remember back then. I always question brendan games. Yes sometimes we got the good result. But im not satisfied with the performance. Then klopp in charge. The result still uncertain. But the way of the game is much better. Even when liverpool loss i said to my friends what a game. They laugh. Because of the result. Fast forward. Yes, it paid off. I think with beautiful games and right players the result surely much much better. Whats the point if you got good players but the tactical suck?
