Me personally as a fan of the club, I always knew Salah could got to Saudi at any time and when Klopp announced he was leaving, I thought that would be a good time for Slash to go too. But I don't think he wants to get. I think he wants a few more years at the club playing his football. I hadn't thought at all about Van Dijk leaving and I think Liverpool would pay big to keep him just because of the drop off. They would have to identify probably two players who are ready to take the next big step and I don't know if the Sporting side has done that given they were looking for a director. TAA can leave if he chooses but there are a lot of cautionary tales of players leaving for Spain only for it to fall apart so he really needs to think about that before just eyeing the bank account.

I think the perfect replacement for Van Dijk would be Araujo from Barcelona. His contract expires in the summer of 2026 and barcelona could be looking to sell him

PSG are trying to build something now the toxic Mbappe has gone. Rumour has it they are targeting a bunch of big names. It’s possible they could sell their project to Mo. As a Liverpool fan, I desperately hope they don’t. As for Virgill, his loyalty to Liverpool has been such that I can’t see him going to any other major European club that could cause problems for Liverpool. And given his age, I suspect when he leaves it will be back to the eredivisie.
