I've made this martini exactly like u said. It's the very first time i can say i like it dirty :) i'm gonna do the rest of the dish. Can u tell if duck liver would do the thing, or maybe I should save it for another occasion?

Sure thing! Any liver will do. Duck liver is awesome for that dish
