In this series, Lives of the Sahaba, Shaykh Dr. Yasir Qadhi discusses the lives of the noble companions, some of the greatest and most blessed human beings to ever live after the death of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him [S].
While not a comprehensive history of the Khulafa Ar-Rashidoon, this series will provide a summarized biography of the men and women considered to be the Sahaba (companions of the Prophet [s]), including the Mothers of the Believers (the wives of the Prophet).

I once attend this lecture about Hassan in a halaqah, and too bad the Ulama back then was bad mouthing Hassan a lot and includes him into one of munafiqun in Madinah :(

JazakumAllah khair. I think the Abu Sofyan Hassan meant in his poem is Abu Sofyan Abu Alhaarith not Abu Sofyan from Umayyah.

One remark: the incident about Hassan Ibn Thabit (RA) not being able to defend the women when the jews attempted to attack them during the battle of Al Khandaq was also narrated about Zaid Ibn thabit (RA). Could the brother confirm which one of them does this incident apply to?

Allah's numbers are my favourite. And Allah's poetry is my favourite shapes. When i was down, i kept on going for Allah through you and Ustadh NAK. Invite my Dr Stef Keris. Ask Anas in Portsmouth. He's the biggest 2nd African Spirit. Number Uno is My favourite Sahabi is Uthman Ibn Affan. Can you ask Allah to bless Uthman Sarok with my favourite person x number. Jazak'allah Khayrun for asking me to push myself through Seerah. In'sha'allah one day, you'll bless me with you daughter's through one of my young guns or even me if Allah's God's x Goddess wills.
