Exactly.. that's what I am trying to do, but nobody is answering, I know Christie's and Sotheby's only accept artworks from rich people but I want to know how to sell 😔 I found artworks, they're from 90's the artist is a French woman, I want to know how to make them mine, they were my dad's, the artist and her husband were his friends (grew up together) my dad hid them inside a wall, I found them while cleaning the house.. they're not canvas but they're in perfect condition, the one that surprised me most is the one in water color, not a scratch it survived 18years inside a wall not even dust touched it 🤯 I also found a flag from an African country right there next to them and a box inside old watches and rings(gold and silver) the flag is the one that's worth a lot, a fighter carried it the entire war, he got captured 3 times tort**r*d and survived. A friend said its place is in a museum but I don't want to give it to government, I need the money 🤷 i hope you understand

i like the streams from Sotheby's more because they show the real objects. Christie's makes it to glitsy to fake so cheap without all the security.

I agree. Here we are watching an auction through our implacable computer screens of overblown reproductions of great art, two generations removed from the real thing. I prefer seeing real art too.

I would like viewers opinion. I don't.know why but usually when a woman auctioneer steps up;it's as if the auction excitement escapes the room. Am I imagining this?
