Hopsin has an ex who got a restraining order against him, and he can no longer visit his son who lives in Australia. This song was made around that time - thus his verses are pretty aggressive. Nate is great about featuring artists and letting them have half the songs. They honor him back by not cussing. Lol 😆 #NF Not sure if you've done it yet, but he did a collab with Tech that's pretty great too. The balloons are burdens. James IS in the New Testament.

I might have to check out more of Hopsin honestly. Is he the one you meant did a song with tech? Or NF? Either way, haven't heard it. Haven't heard a tech 9 song in a long long time tbh lol

The balloons represent there baggage and burdens and check out hopsins ill mind 5 and nf isn't a Christian rapper hes a rapper that's Christian he doesn't like being labeled as a Christian rapper. And hopsins been going through a lot I think Nate just let him run with it, get it out of his system. When he colabs he doesn't feel the need to dominate the song same with the collaboration he did with tech n9ne

@@recoveringaddictreacts2024 If you're looking for serious subject matter, Ill Mind of Hopsin 5 is where most people tell everyone to start. If you just want something with fire beat and music video, and more emphasis on lyrical talent than lyrical content (Can easily be mistaken as arrogant if you don't know Hop well enough. Just gonna be honest about that.) Be11a Ciao and Kumbaya fit that description nicely.

The book of James is in the New Testament. You're thinking of the first 4 books of the gospel of Jesus which are Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. James is near the end of the New Testament. James was Jesus' half brother.

Hopsin is not a Christian rapper. I mean he is a believer, but his other material is not. He is great! You should check out more of him!
