What exact hook should I use on 4 inch 1 ? Having trouble with this for some reason. The frog keeps spinning instead of laying flat. Any help is greatly appreciated

What hook and size for the #4 frog?

How do you place the hook in the bait for the best results. I'm using the 4" frog and a 7/0 hook is needed. I'm looking at a hook with a screw lock keeper at the nose for the less wear on the bait. Scot, can you offer more information from what you found to work best? Thanks

I've been using the screw ones. Its rigged just like a swimbait. If you like you can even put a weighted hook or an under spinner on it. They are great.

No, it's like a Ribbit frog. I have one in my hand, it's bigger than the Ribbit, can be had in brighter colors, has those clear legs that may make the bass target the body, is much higher quality, but I can see I'm going to have to fish it like a Ribbit.
