I actually love how she's the type of friend that says "lets find something to make" instead of what most people do and say "lets find something to order". Putting in the effort to cook a homemade meal would take you just as much time as it would for your Uber driver to arrive & it's probably a lot healthier for you. You get to explore a new hobby, learn, be healthier, spend quality time with loved ones AND save more money. now THATS a win-win.

I think body insecurities exist in everyone, regardless of how ‘perfect’ others think you look. It’s about perception and it’s human nature to look at our own flaws and be hard on ourselves. Media and filters doesn’t make it easier but self love is a journey we all need to go on.

I definitely understand the post break up loneliness. I use to talk to my ex every day and about every little thing. I never opened up to someone as much as I did to him. When we separated, it was so difficult to deal with the loss of our friendship and love. I had to call my friend on a daily basis to cope with the pain. If it wasnt for my friend, I would not have known how to survive. It was such a dark and lonely time. Thank goodness for true friends!

Although I initiated my breakup during quarantine it really does feel extra lonely 🥺 but I think spending more time on myself, talking to my friends more and spending more time with family has definitely helped 🥰

It seems so surreal to have such beautiful ladies tell us how much they struggle with body image etc. I mean I guess it’s both good and bad - I sometimes catch myself thinking “if I looked like Michelle I would be happy”, but no one is immune to hating/wanting to change ones own body. I guess that is pretty important to remember. That, and bodies that are functional and carry us through our lives are ‘body goals’. Thank you for your great content Michelle!!

I have seen a lot of vlogs before and found yours among the most best ones. The topic of feeling lonely really attracts me and I watched the whole video. I have followed your channel for sometime and found them great. I believe you are presenting your real self during your vlogs, which makes me feel comfortable and sympathetic. I do love your vlog and hope your future uploads. Loneliness might be the most difficult thing to deal with in the world. You are talking about refusing to talk with friends when you feel lonely, which reminds me of myself dealing with a relationship crisis these days. My loneliness is always there. It's been there for years I feel sometimes. I'm not even sure why and from where it stems from, because on the surface of it all, it all seems to be going well. But there's a pit of loneliness in me and I don't even know how to unpack it. Sometimes I watch these kind of videos to figure out if something will resonate with me and I will finally know how to get out of feeling like this. Because I don't even know the reason for it.
