I just watched for a few hours and I felt very calmed. THANK YOU! I let my little boy (4) watch and he also found very relaxing before bed. He said he noticed that his teenage sister does that to her face too, (the beauty skin care routine face washing) ;-) so lovely! I will tune in more to help relax me when I'm frazzled from three children, Labrador puppy, cat and the noise of the outside world!!

Just a tip when cutting hassle back potatoes place them in the bowl of a wooden spoon they won’t cut all the way through so much easier & safer.
