Have a banana or coconut water to avoid the puking sensation, avoid acidic stuff like lemon on empty stomach before workout. Post workout u can have a heavy smoothie with some cacao powder- it hypes up the mood completely. I used to think the same way to wake up early and go to the gym compulsorily but I had no energy in the morning before breakfast so I switched to evening time and after that I have hardly skipped a day. Hope u benefit from ur gymming journey too, it is one of the best decisions- for mental health as well. Btw loving ur vlogs 💕💕

Hi girl! You need to eat something light before the work out, some dry fruits, an apple would suffice. You tend to get the vomiting sensation and dizzy otherwise, on empty stomach. I hope this helps ❤

So you just started gym. Body will take some time to cooperate with this new schedule. Eat a banana before you go to gym. Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up. Buy protein shake to have it post gym session to have energy in the body, you can eat a protein bar as well. Just remember slowly and steadily. Do not pressure your body to adjust. Nature has every thing that a human body needs, no need for any artificial processed food items even if it comes under the banner of so called "healthy shake or food xyz", that all are nothing but marketing gimmicks. Hi Yoopa! I have been on a fitness journey on and off. Right now I’m consistent from past 6 months and lost around 7 kgs with healthy eating and consistent workouts. What I do is drink warm water as soon as I wake up and if i’m very hungry then eat a banana if it is available 😂 otherwise the best thing is eat balanced dinner and in the morning you won’t be too hungry. I can write a lot of things but it will be too long😂 so I hope this helps. If you want to ask anything please feel free❤I promote healthy eating and weightloss.

You should eat rice or other carbs after workout or you can take post workout (protein shake or bar) I guess it will help you.

You need to check up first, and your diet is very important sis, need 7-8 hours sleep. Before workout banana Khao half hours before yeh aap ko help karenge. After workout don't drink water immediately rest kar k half hour k baat piyo. Diet sapse jaruri hai follow diet properly.

Please have some protein within 1 hour after workout with your fruit bowl. And you don't need to consume detox drinks like lemon water and wheat grass water if you do not like themgolden cuz they do nothing for weight loss, haan nutritional benefits hai. Just stay in calorie deficit by keeping track of your daily calorie intake. It's very normal to feel pukish when it's your first time as your body is not used to working out. U can drink black coffee with no sugar before gym it gives u alot of energy or u can drink beet juice too it gives u alot of energy as well. Your voice is very nice by the way.
