Dang, I can't even imagine doing everything you do on TOP of dealing with your injury- I just know that everyone who knows and loves you is so proud of you, and as a fan and viewer for years, I am also very proud of you. It is definitely a blessing you're still alive, but take it easy and don't forget resting is very important too!

All I could think about the whole time was how much time and effort it must take to shoot your videos… it looks so simple when you watch casually but I realized how many different angles you set up for the same scene and it just elevates your video so much. Thanks for the effort, keep it up!

Wow...your cooking skills are really good. I learn something new every time I watch you. Sorry to hear you got injured recently. Glad to hear your healing up well. Stay positive it's a process to recover. Being young can have some advantages to. Your recovery time is alot faster now then when your older. My favorite food, European food, Greek, Chinese, Italian etc.. Have a blessed week.

I remember the day you posted a picture with the caption “Everything happens for a reason. Everything happens in due time.” You probably know which one I mean. I was going through a hard time back then and even though I also believe and know this your post gave me so much comfort. Hearing you say it in this video made me remember those days and how thankful I’m for everything you do. Take care of yourself and keep being optimistic and strong. I’m so proud of you.

When you mentioned feeling like a burden, I realized I’m STILL trying to learn how to ask for help when everything becomes too much. I’m 26 and it’s pathetic. 😭 (And my favorite meal is chicken Alfredo. If I could have it everyday, I would. 😭)

Please allow your chia seeds to absorb whatever liquid is around it before eating them, they should be a jelly like texture with a little crunch afterwards because it’s a seed. It doesn’t change the flavour at all, it just makes it so you don’t get dehydrated from them !

I can totally relate with the feeling like a burden when asking for help. When I do ask for help, I either feel like I asked too much, not well enough or I do end up asking for too much. I realized that it’s okay to ask for help from somebody. It’s how much that person is willing to help out and how much I’m okay with receiving that makes a difference (: I guess it’s all about balance in the end just like most things in life hehe Hope you’re recovering well! 💖😊

Regarding about asking for help I was like you some years ago it was very difficult for me but after a serious incident in my life I had no choice but to ask for help and my wrong perception changed to positive and now I am always open to do that. Like you said everything happens for a reason and yes it's so truth that things can turn to be a blessing in Disguise ❤️❤️ favorite is a Greek dish tomatoes and peppers stuffed with rice but also love fried potatoes!!! You looked really good in all 4 glasses. I guess Portrait picked them out for different events and possibly looks but to fit your face specifically. They all looked great . My personal favorite was the second, it had thinner frames, it was nicely cut and gave good angles, the 3rd had such Coachella vibes. The first and fourth are classic looking with more bogus frames. Can you consider adding your recipes in the video or to the description of the video beneath (if it would mess with the aesthetic of the video) ? They look great and I know I am not the only one who would definitely save them to try later but it’s hard to know all ingredients especially the powders and the ones with unfamiliar packaging . It’s good news that you had such an accident and it didn’t have much more of a negative impact on you. Thankfully you are healing fine but hearing of the permanent damage to your spine made me think you didn’t get away so unscathed. I wish you a quick full recovery . Take care of yourself Jeff .

Like you said, we go through seasons where it feels like life is beating us up. Having able to have friends that willing to help you it’s a luxury; so don’t overthink. If I have those days that I’m struggling/lazy day, I keep reminding myself that “the years of struggle it will strike as the most beautiful years.” 一条斗争之路是通往的路伪装的祝福. Sorry, American language it’s challenging for me. Hope you understand. Glad your okay and I enjoy watching your channel. Your very 真实的:)
