Oh Monica! I am sure you ARE qualified otherwise you wouldn't have been in that position. Wanting to improve is great, but just know it has nothing to do with your qualifications :) Besides, presenting is hard to begin with! And doing so in your second language (I assume) is very commendable! I am pretty sure if the role was reverse, the English-speaking folks would be in tears (incl. myself if I had to present in Korean, or any other languages other than my native :)

Learning new things in work can seem intimidating, but it's actually a big plus because it keeps things interesting (and gives you more opportunities later). I don't really have a choice as I work in IT and the technologies are always changing. One new thing I learned today - next time I see someone walking down the street with a crazy purple contraption strapped to their legs I'll know why they're doing it.
