Your point about the lean dudes online and intuitive eating is so spot on. I try to remind myself all the time that if I'm fit and active and decently in shape, it's much better than chasing an optimum physique that is literally someone's job to have.

I eat what i want, when i want. It's being happy is the main thing. I'm 55 years old and I'm comfortable in myself. Btw Daniel....the wax jacket looked great on you. I'm not into any of the clothes you wear, I'm more comfortable in shorts / t'shirt / sweatshirt / fleece etc... But i sure love your videos 👍

Totally agree with you on a diet standpoint, I used be very strict on diet and I'll have single digit body fat % and used to think I was doing that for my professional purpose but honestly it wasn't worth it and you get to miss a lot. I honestly think we should just choose health more than anything.

12-15 percent body fat is my goal for the summer season. Other than that, 15-20 percent is where I’m at for most of the year. Life is much more enjoyable for me at 15-20 percent, and my workouts are easier to complete.

The Colorado suit is so dope. The idea of a casual suit is really refreshing. Also I feel you on the diet stuff. I’ve never been one to count macros or calories but I remember you saying you pretty much eat the same things most days so I feel like that helps. I think it’s probably easier for folks with athletic backgrounds to maintain a consistent training schedule and let their diet fluctuate because we’ve been doing it for so long. I feel the diet thing a lot. I've been wanting to keep to eating at home and not counting calories because I know I can control my diet by eating good high protein meals not having to worry about crazy calories since I'm not eating out.
