Here ist the recipe:
Budwig Cream 🥣
2 Tbsp grains of choice (here: buckwheat)
2 Tbsp seeds of choice (here: sunflower seeds & line seeds)
2 Tbsp nuts of choice (lightly roasted)
Blend roughly in a mixer
In a pan heat up 1 tsp of coconut oil
Slice an apple/pear and fry on medium heat, adding a pinch of cinnamon to each side until golden brown
Mix in a bowl:
1/2 orange in a bowl
Grated orange peel
2 Tbsp of Joghurt (here: natural soy Joghurt)
Mix in our previously blended “flour”
Add a pinch of salt, vanilla & cinnamon (optionally a hf of raisins)
Top with 1 Tbsp of liquid sweeter of choice (here: organic raw honey)
Add the fried fruit to the bowl
Top with extra crunchy component of choice (here: coconut rasps, cacao nibs, goji berries, more roasted seeds)
