I like raspberry, blackberry, and corn syrop in lieu of honey. Not a melon eater. Makes me feel ill. Not even the scent...😫🇨🇦🙋🏻‍♀️🌺💕 I use potato starch for occasional frying. And I use coconut oil because it is light scented, fast but you need to be careful it can scorch fast too. Curry in the mayo adds a hint of umph to taste for the fried spudz.😅

That sounds great!❤️ I love using coconut oil for frying too, it really does have a nice light flavor. I totally understand about melons, everyone has their preferences! 😊 Potato starch is such a good choice for frying, it gives a great crunch. And I’m intrigued by the curry in mayo idea!
