Sis, if your neighbors are not clean and have roaches unfortunately the roaches will make their way to your apartment. that's the downside of living in apartments. My best advice based on how frustrating it is for you, I would say move from that place. Being someone on the outside looking in you are not happy living there, most of the vlogs start with you being upset or sad because of that apartment. Very bad vibes for a space that's supposed to bring you peace and comfort. Living next to the main trash dumpster or shoot can also bring roaches to your place. The closer you are to others the more you can't control things like roaches, not everyone values cleanliness like you do. Have you ever thought of finding like a small home for lease? a home that gives you some distance from your next-door neighbor? I hope you finally find a place that you truly love and brings you peace.

I used vinegar for only 2 days and I have never ever seen any cockroaches in my house try that and thank me later always use it after you are done with utensils

I had an apartment and got overrun by cockroaches! They were coming from the neighbors. The managers had all apartments exterminated and problem solved! (At least for the time I lived there!) Glad you are looking for a new place!
