Thank you for such a great interview. Jeffrey jogged a memory I, too, had from junior high, about intuition. I had no clue it wasn't something fully operational in everyone until I walked in a classroom where a friend of mine stated openly, in front of *everyone,* that "I (me) had the ability to 'get' whatever I wanted!" I was an incredibly shy 7th grader so this was a shock and I was embarrassed, to say the least. It wasn't until later I realized that to which she was referring. Thanks again...Jeffrey is a gift.

An important caveat re: divisiveness. One can speak up for justice (and some of us have to) *while* maintaining a space of equilibrium and Integrity. Thank you for clarifying your position on this. In many ways...for far too long...spirituality has been, partially, in a world of denial, 'love and light' and of 'bypass.' I am so glad that there is a more wholistic approach to what is Reality.

WOW if I could just meet this spirit mind man I feel compelled to meet him- he just repeated at the end what I said to myself today balling my eyes out.... bc I often have the feeling of things that are going to happen before they do- I’ve always been intuitive since I was a baby and I knew I was going to run into an energy of rejection today from my counselor and I did. It effected me deeply because I’ve had this feeling -it feels like lifetimes of trauma and she did. I really opened myself to her and that’s extremely hard for me to do- it’s a cycle and it takes me into a dangerous neighborhood- my mind. I called a good friend to process my feelings and then she started to what felt like minimize my pain and then she said well what do you need? I said “I don’t know?! I’m just so hurt it’s this energy that is stalking me right now- I feel oppressed like my emotions just runaway from me or I burry them so deep and I know I should be somewhere else but I’m not- nothing I do is good enough - I’m not where I’m supposed to be!” Like a child you doesn’t know they are tired or hungry and then I went upstairs cried some more and fell asleep. Then I ate and watched this video from a year ago. I should of been here a year ago that’s how I feel. ✨

Wow, this is really what I needed to hear right now. Such a gift! Thank you for this! I tested positive on covid on monday and after a day of frustration and sadness and a couple of days of really being sick, I changed my mind/heart (?) to use this quarantaine to take the time to reconnect with myself. And it has been such a wonderfull journey this past few days through listening to podcasts and online masterclasses. That's how I came across Jeffrey Alan and his work and want to hear more from him. And from there I discovered this interview on youtube and it felt like such a blessing for me. I was totally caught up in your conversation for the whole 1u33min. So much valuable lessons. I am tripping out over the guy in the lefts aura. It’s just took me over ten minutes and I’m cross eyed before I realized it’s not that he doesn’t have one but it’s so clear and magnificent . I’ve never seen one like that or paid enough attention to look for someone aura that had similar . Also the reason why I was is that somehow the way I must have been resting my eyes while watching caused me to see double or something and in between their images another popped up between them where they morphed together! I’m not high , nor mentally ill. It’s was an optical illusion created by my eyes
