😂😂 Fell and hurt my shoulder last night, cannot lift my arm, decide I will find a way to energetically heal it as I have no insurance and my business cannot run without my arm... that means no income, which will not work right now. This meditation was extremely emotional for me as a child I was taught “spirits/spiritism” was demonic and scary. As a child I told my mom I had a imaginary friend and she quickly told me that imaginary friends were demonic. Anyway I mustered the courage to do the meditation and met my guides. It is crazy because when they introduced themselves to me I immediately made connections to my childhood. My feminine guide revealed herself as a beautiful white angel with curly gold hair engulfed in bright light like the sun. Her name is Rose. I immediately started crying bc as a child I befriended a tree that I imagined was an older wise white woman and I named her Rose. (I always loved the name Rose). She has been with me this entire time. I started crying and then I felt a warm feeling come over me like she was comforting me. A few months ago I was in a store and I saw this beautiful stone female angel with curly hair. I was so drawn to it for some reason. It was her! My masculine guide’s name is Jason. I was afraid of meeting him bc I’m afraid of men. Masculinity is intimidating. I felt this way since I was a kid. I also didn’t grow up with a father. Anyway. He didn’t fully reveal himself to me probably bc I got scared but he has red eyes. He reminded me of a dragon. It’s crazy I always had a fascination with dragons which were also demonized in my household. When I was little I would imagine morphing into a black dragon with red eyes. The dragon is my protector and assumed the dragon was female. This whole time it has been Jason. Haha he doesn’t play about me. 😅 that was a beautiful eye opening comforting experience. Thank you so much! So much healing in such a short meditation.

I too got a little emotional, because my peaceful place was a big flat rock in the woods I played on when I was 5 years old. It was nice to be taken back to that age of innocence, imagination and discovery.... which meditation allows us to be again.

I had a remarkable experience with my spirit guides as a result of this video. I listened to the presentation portion of the video while getting ready for work yesterday. My curiosity of who would show up during the meditation loomed over me most of the day, Last night while dosing off, my spirit guide revealed himself. I began writing in my journal about it and the female spirit guide revealed herself. I decided to return to the video and participate in the meditation this morning. I just did this after being super stressed after a long day watching my kids. I started doing the exercise with curiosity. My Female guide was Nami from One Piece Anime who was wearing Long White Coat and Pink Flamingo Fur Scarf. My Male guide was very unexpected, at first I thought it was Lupin the Third because as he was coming up from the elevator I have a strong feeling that his hair or his overall outfit will be black, but then what came out of the Elevator was my dad. It was my dad 🥺 who died 11 years ago. I can't help but cry. I expressed how I missed him all these years. And I was crying while introducing them to each other. It was a beautiful beautiful experience. ❤️🙏🌸

I have engaged with my Guides many times and they have never revealed themselves to me. I know they're there, but I don't know what they look like nor their names. Even using this method, they still choose not to reveal themselves to me. I feel I am not supposed to know what or who they are, but just know that they are there. ✨

I was given five. When he called for the second elevator to leave - the second guide put his hand out and said 'wait' instead of leaving the elevator changed forms three more times presenting three more individuals. Each time the elevator door appeared as new as well. The first two I knew by name already but had never seen. The third I knew by voice only- but the appearance was quite unexpected.

My grandmother Maggie came to me. And my boyfriend also in heaven Jimmy came to me. I did it in darkness listening to you. I've wanted to have my spirit guides for a while, but nothing came. I'm spiritual and a big empath. I've seen Jimmy before. After he died. I was in a bad situation. With a new partner. He told me to leave that new person or I would be in trouble. But I thought it was the drugs talking that I tried. Which was helping me to talk to the other side. But what happened was I stayed with that guy after my boyfriend in heaven said I should leave the new bad guy. He was violent with me. I ended in a coma with brain damage. So I should have listened to him when he said it. He was standing on a bridge in heaven when I met him. It was foggy with clouds. I'm happy I finally met my guides. And introduced them. My eyes were closed and I cried while doing this. I'm very happy this happened now. I hope I'm not imagining that they are my guides. ❤️ Thank you ❤️

I am 70 years old and through out my entire life since she died when I was 27 she has been a guiding light. My son who died at 33 also comes thru especially when I feel a bit sad or down. Vishen, excellent delivery of one of the cornerstones that led to what we now know as the Silva method. The laboratory and counselors exercise can be experienced profoundly by our students. The experience and the insights people gain can be very meaningful and relevant to help them grow. I would like to add some clarity though. For those of you who don’t know me, I worked with Jose SILVA closely. He was my mentor for many decades. He honored me in 1984 by selecting me to join him and 2 other instructors out of the thousand global instructors to serve on his advanced staff of trainers and to develop and certify new instructors. Jose, SILVA most definitely did not present the counselors as spiritual guides, and he certainly did not reference animals as counselors. It is accurate to say that some of us students have had that experience, and that many of our students do find the experience to be spiritually enlightening. Jose consistently in each, and every instructor certification that he was present at made it clear that we were to select human beings as counselors. Someone alive or deceased. In the early days the four day course work was called the basic lecture series. Then in 2007. Thanks in part to you Vishen and your team we rebranded and enjoyed a Renaissance with the new updated format of SILVA life and intuition system. Thank your Vishen and team Mindvalley for helping people to explore and discover this amazing masterpiece of a 40 hour training that Jose Silva created for us.

My female spirit guide comes in a shape of diamond with blue-green colored light, long black hair with bangs. As I try to draw a clearer picture of her I realized she is a mermaid. Her long black hair flows beautifully above her head. Her eyes were closed, she half-smiles. She's underwater. She's confident and seems to be adventurous, a goal-getter, strong, she has conviction. Her name is Althea. Male spirit guide is a purple, triangle glowing light with black outer border that acts as a shield - he seems to be a wizard, he is discreet, calm, masculine, serious in nature. I can feel wisdom in him. His name is Bren.

I've followed along with the Silva method before about building your own lab, and it introduced the idea of the guides there. Though, I had trouble getting to really get a sense of who they were, or maybe I wasn't in tune enough to feel it. However, this meditation was wonderful and really helped fill in the gaps I was missing before. Thank you so much for this guided experience.

Ah! You finally get it vishen! I too did the Silva course as a teenager ...but have been always been facing an inner turmoil in how to link it from my religious point of view. I always held the two in separate categories. Religious and scientific. My female guide was rekha ( very famous Indian actress) can't remember the male. But finally 2 years ago it all became very clear. Totally fired the old ones as they were created by my own imagination...but when you surrender to the higher power..thats when the magic happens. You will be met by the real guides.! They made me own up to my spiritual gifts..and mediumship abilities..which I didn't even know I had. I just thought that my brain was just overactive..and made up interesting stories and dialogue...I thought I'd be a great movie maker one day! Vishen..u need to surrender.... ( a msg from ur dad )

I love that I manifested this tonight. I was faced with an extremely detrimental situation this morning, and I really didn't know how I was going to progress from here. I had magnetized a mini-documentary about the effectiveness of OM at its purest form (I have been chanting mantras for years, but when was the last time I fully tuned into OM?). My guides are so loving and playful. I did the meditation really not expecting anything. Well of course I met both of my guides. I asked for sign, and they came rolling in like a huge wave. My male guide is Trevor Dean, a frog, he's first came through as a real when I crinkled my nose, he quickly became animated, so as not to creep me out. My female guide is Dwila Lee, she's in the most adorable orange leaf costume, her beautiful face peeking right in the center. The comment is about other people being able to see a certain people‘s guides… That is because thought form has a real form in the ancient Tibetan practices they were able to create an astral form of an object that everybody can see and part of the reason is that we all have an inborn ESP ability that allows us to see what others are envisioning. I just met my Native American guide in meditation. I love this stuff. I actually had the same experience as @shaykitchentales with trying to reconcile this bc I was raised deeply religious and even went to ministry school. Test the spirits, Tammi. There are a lot of them to be found in the spiritual realm and you don't really know who they are. I suppose a good spirit wouldn't instantly vanish if you said the name "Jesus"/"Yeshua". "Prince's friend L.A. Reid is pretty "spooked" that the 57-year-old musician was found dead in an elevator. The music executive revealed on CBS This Morning on Friday that Prince did not like elevators and pointed out that he even included the lyric, "Don't let the elevator bring us down," in the 1984 song, "Let's Go Crazy." Reid also recalled that Prince once brought up elevators to him in conversation. "One time when I was with him privately, he said, 'You know what the elevator is, right?' I said, 'No, what's the elevator?' He said, 'Well, the elevator is the devil,'" Reid shared. "It scared me. I don't like to talk like that, but he said that. So, for me, it was like really haunting when I read that he was found in an elevator."

@@StratMatt777 "Be careful what you wish for." Fame comes with a price and depending upon how his wish to fame was worded is how it played out. Our worst fears become our demise. Prince in his elevator and another prime example is Robin Williams. His biggest fear was loosing the ability to use his brain to continue to be funny. As we all know , he lost to his fear. He got Lewy Body Dementia. Face your fears and take the power/energy away that you give it. It's called Shadow Work. I have been practicing for awhile now and it does amazing things ✨️🙏✨️❤️‍🔥🌈🦋

@@vnesswillard7629 Absolutely! Your question does not sound negative at all. I made my comment only because this video talking about interacting with beings in the spirit realm that come up "in an elevator" made me think of Prince's saying that the elevator was "the devil" in his mind (what that means, who knows? but I noticed the elevator connection). The next piece of the puzzle is that there are dozens and dozens of songs where the singer either alludes to, or mentions outright that they literally "sold their soul to the devil" to get fame and fortune. So, if Prince did this contract that is required to be rich and famous, then his idea that "the elevator is the devil" may actually have some actual spiritual meaning as opposed to just being a random thing that means nothing. And, if in fact Prince's belief related to "the elevator" did mean nothing at all, then why would his friend and fellow pro musician L.A. Reid find this statement from Prince scary? So, it's quite a rabbit hole, which we really don't need waste our time going down (assuming that you are not a person who dreams of being rich and famous and needs to know that these contracts exist). With the internet, record labels are now irrelevant because everyone can create and access their fan base directly. I haven't considered myself a religious "Christian" for 10 years, but I feel like I have learned just a tiny little bit about the spiritual realm from using other's NDE experiences as a guide to what is true in the Bible and what is not. People do meet Jesus in the spiritual realm and he saves them from negative entities (many would call demons) if they call on his name (Look up Howard Storm's NDE). If you are interested in more, let me know and I'll find you the video of a woman on the red carpet talking about how people "sell their soul to the devil, signing a contract in blood", and I can try to find Ke$ha's song where she is SO blatant ("I sold my soul to the devil, I'll never get it back" etc... So anyway, I was telling the Christian woman that she might want to test the spirits she interacts with (particular if they come up from below in an elevator). Regarding the elevator thing, I have no evidence, just a hunch. I must point out that I'm not crazy. ;) That is to say that I know I could be wrong, I don't fear anything, I am not experiencing a persecutory paranoid delusion (like "chemtrail" believers and excessively devout and fearful religious people), and I do my best to make sure I am not gathering data with a bias using confirmation bias. ;)

I tried this tonight. My female guide is a small young deer with white spots on her back called Tilly, and my male guide is a very tall man called Pete, he looks like a wizard, with a long white beard, long cloak and holding a tall wooden staff. Not at all what I was expecting! They both seem very gentle and loving, and I think I need that at this moment in time. Thank you for this video.
