First payment details Rent payment first month € 654,13 Rent payment last period € 654,13 Tax fee (one-time) € 353,23 Reservation fee € 90,00 Total € 1751,49 From the second month the rent is € 654,13. It's a good place to live when you move. Applications are impossible because if you are a European student you participate with the click day......You have to be quick because in a couple of minutes all the rooms are booked.......you have to be very lucky, so you need to have a backup plan.
