That thing will run forever! I still have my '96 Camry that I drove from high school all the way until I was 26 when I got a new car (also a 2018!), and I couldn't bear to sell it...just north of 200K miles and still a solid and reliable (now second) car!

I have no idea how I came across your video, but I’m glad I did. I really enjoyed it! Just to help out, the first button is for the auto high beams, which turn on the high beams automatically when no other cars are detected coming toward you. The second button is for traction control. It’s best to keep it on, as it helps the car maintain grip by controlling traction. If it’s off, you’ll usually see a warning on the dashboard.

My grandpa had a 2003 Highlander. He gave it to my cousin and he drove it until it was totally rotted out. 220K miles. Lasted the longest out of every car he's ever owned. I drive a 2012 Mazda3. It has 137K miles and it's tiny but great. It's got a 6 speed manual and it's comfortable to drive. No point in buying a luxury car when I can just get in the car and know for a fact that it's going to start. I also get like 40 mpg. Since I got it (1 year ago today!) my average is 36.3 but that's accounting for the drop during winter. It's so good in fact that I'm going to buy another one in the future. Also, those buttons on the left of the steering column are traction controll on/off and automatic high beams on/off.

2018 camry is a pretty decent car! I drove a 2021 as a rental. Nice comfortable interior. Only thing I didn't like was the transmission. It felt jerky when accelerating. If you want a decent car, save up the money and buy it with cash. Don't finance. Also don't buy a car too expensive as it will depreciate. You get a car to get to work and make money. Otherwise you are working to pay off your car which is the opposite of what you want to do.

Not to flex too hard on you guys, but I drive a foreign 😎. Yeah, that's right. From the Land of the Rising Sun. a 2011 Toyota Camry. Man, I frigging love that car. It was my first car and it's been with me for almost a decade at this point. I used to beat on that thing driving the wheels off it as a teen. Cooked the pads and warped the rotors being a hooligan, so replaced 'em myself. I change the oil regularly and it has been nothing but a trusty workhorse. Over 100k miles on 'er now and she still scoots like a champ.

This is why our country is so messed up. We are conditioned to believe a perfectly nice vehicle like this “isn’t hot” because it’s not a Mercedes or Range Rover. But it’s perfectly respectable to anyone who doesn’t have their head up their ass. Unfortunately most of us in the west do. Refreshing to see a cute young woman exercising wise decision making and not crashing out financially for social media likes

I like how this generation is giving up materialism and being more practical. You don’t need a flashy car or a high car note. You can’t go wrong with an older Camry. Any car will take you where you need to go. Thats all that matters.
