Shrikant, at 17.15, it's Cedar/Deodar cone (rose flower shaped). Long Pine cones in this video are also very nice, these are typically Himalayan variety. Ones in South India are much smaller and more cone like in shape. Nice walk in nature for Ayushman. He is having wonderful life and upbringing, amongst numerous travels, great experiences, multitude of cultures and learnings and most importantly connection with Mother Nature. Kudos to your family. Nice vlog. I had the opportunity to taste Siddu. But it was stuffed with some urad dal preparation and was served with pudina chutney. It was very tasteful. But you have enjoyed with walnut stuffing. I am sure it must be more tasteful. I have seen Ayushman has learnt making Siddu. I propose, he should prepare it without any assistance for us.
