I've been watching your Greenville SC tours and have to say you are one of the best speakers on KZbin hands down. I'm looking so forward to watching more of the things and places you have in mind. My wife and will be in Greenville later on this month and a few days into March. My wife's family along with other investors are building a hotel, restaurant and 19 or so tree house vacation cottages in Travelers Rest which is in Greenville County. Greenville also has the Bohemian Hotel going in right now in Falls Park. Looking to be one of the very best in the United States. My brother in law's name is Brice Bay. i love your smile and attitude.Very good presentation. I love how the window sash have been painted yellow, very cheerful. Love the stairs, Personally, I am shorter and I would like a bit more headroom in the lofts. I like the little separation from the kitchen and the living room that define the two spaces well. I would suggest to the owner to lower the tv a bit and she could hang the beautiful artwork on the wall over the tv. A tv that is too high gets uncomfortable.
