I've lived in bonney lake for about 4 years now and it's amazing, on 410 road there is tons of stores so it is very convenient, I've also memorized so much of this city that I recognized Allan York park instantly at the beginning lol. and lake tapps is a very beautiful place, I hope you like it here

I can’t wait to move. Bonney I want to move to eventually. I lived there as a kid. Is it hard to become a realtor?

Nope it’s not hard. About 1000 bucks, two week class and don’t be a felon (yet) 😂the barrier of entry is pretty dang low. However….being successful is pretty hard only about 2% of us can make a living on it long term. If you’re here we are always open to training and growing new agents

@@livingintacomawashington well we are going to be moving that way no matter what. I’m from puyallup and I miss the climate, my fiancé is thinking of that as a career possibly but right now she’s a stay at home mom. Do you help people find apartments???

Been living in BonneyLake/Lake Tapps since 1987....Great place but way bigger these days....kids grew up here...one was a Sumner HS baseball player...We moved here when 410 was 2 lanes and lots of open land....quite a bit has changed these days...

@@livingintacomawashington Well lets start with the negatives...traffic, but hey, thats growth. FAST growth has been hard to anticipate but we live around Elhi hill so not too hard to deal with getting out and going places ... I know all the back roads and high real estate costs with high taxes are an issue...guess you gotta pay to play! . Positives...like you said near a great fun lake and the growth has spurred more dining and shopping plus medical places ....COSTCO FOR EXAMPLE and close to some very good hiking and the mountains and good off roading when season is open....decent schools too....Mount Rainier views are spectacular!! We love Bonney Lake and thats why we have been here for so long....
